Every treatment plan is individualized based on your medical history, symptoms, goals, and lifestyle, to help you achieve lasting mental and physical wellness.

Integrative wellness
Weight loss
& GLP-1 program
Healthy weight management is about more than the number on the scale.
Excess weight, insulin resistance, hormonal imbalance, poor sleep, chronic stress, and inflammation all affect your energy, mood, and overall well-being. We look beyond the scale to find what is actually driving things, then build a plan for safe, sustainable results.
The initial consultation includes a comprehensive medical evaluation, a personalized treatment plan, nutrition and lifestyle counseling, GLP-1 medication evaluation if appropriate, and up to two follow-up visits for dose adjustments during the initial treatment period.
- Initial consultationIncludes up to two follow-up visits for dose adjustments$99
- Follow-up, medication management & refillsOngoing monitoring, dose adjustments, treatment optimization, and refills as clinically appropriate$89per visit
Medication is not included. Compounded GLP-1 medications are prescribed separately and priced per vial. Depending on your prescribed dose, each vial typically lasts approximately 2.5–3 months.
Integrative wellness
Hormone optimization
Hormones shape mood, sleep, energy, weight, clarity, and libido.
Changes in hormone levels affect metabolism and quality of life in ways that are easy to mistake for a purely psychiatric problem. Comprehensive hormone evaluations are available for both men and women experiencing symptoms that may be hormonally driven.
- Comprehensive wellness evaluationReview of symptoms and medical history, personalized treatment recommendations, and an individualized treatment plan$175
Laboratory testing, medications, supplements, and compounded prescriptions are billed separately unless otherwise specified.
Integrative wellness
NAD+ therapy
Cellular support for energy, clarity, and healthy aging.
NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a naturally occurring coenzyme found in every cell, with a role in cellular energy production, metabolism, DNA repair, and healthy aging. NAD+ levels decline with age, which may contribute to fatigue, reduced mental clarity, and decreased overall wellness.
Patients typically pursue NAD+ therapy for energy and vitality, mental clarity and focus, mood and overall well-being, healthy aging, and exercise recovery.
- Comprehensive wellness evaluationReview of symptoms and medical history, personalized treatment recommendations, and an individualized treatment plan$175
Laboratory testing, medications, supplements, and compounded prescriptions are billed separately unless otherwise specified.
Integrative wellness
Peptide therapy
An emerging area of integrative medicine, evaluated carefully.
Peptides are naturally occurring chains of amino acids that act as signaling molecules in the body. Peptide therapy may complement a comprehensive wellness plan for appropriately selected individuals. A full medical evaluation determines whether it is appropriate based on your medical history, symptoms, health goals, and current clinical considerations.
- Comprehensive wellness evaluationReview of symptoms and medical history, personalized treatment recommendations, and an individualized treatment plan$175
Laboratory testing, medications, supplements, and compounded prescriptions are billed separately unless otherwise specified.
Comprehensive care
Psychiatric
+ wellness
Mind and body assessed together, under one plan.
A coordinated evaluation addressing both mental health and integrative wellness across two comprehensive visits, resulting in one personalized treatment plan rather than two that never quite talk to each other.
- Comprehensive psychiatric + wellness evaluationTwo comprehensive visits, one personalized treatment plan$450
- Combined psychiatric + wellness follow-up$200

The big picture
Why these services
live under one roof
Mental health is not only psychological. It runs through brain chemistry, hormones, metabolism, and physical health. When the body is optimized, the mind often follows — so these therapies work together to improve brain chemistry, reduce inflammation, stabilize energy and mood, and lift overall quality of life.

Payment questions
Do you accept insurance?
No. Serenity Peak is a private-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly for any service. Payment is due at the time of your visit.
Why private pay?
It is what makes unrushed visits possible. Insurance reimbursement rewards short appointments and narrow, single-problem billing codes — which is the opposite of looking at psychiatry, hormones, sleep, and metabolism together. Private pay keeps the length and shape of your visit a clinical decision.
Can I use out-of-network benefits?
Possibly. As a courtesy we can provide a superbill on request — an itemized receipt you submit to your insurer yourself. Whether you are reimbursed, and how much, is decided solely by your plan. Full details are in the insurance and reimbursement policy below.
When is payment due?
In full at the time of service, and regardless of whether your insurance later reimburses you.
What is not included in the visit price?
Laboratory testing, medications, supplements, and compounded prescriptions are billed separately. For the GLP-1 program specifically, medication is not included in the consultation fee — compounded GLP-1 is priced per vial, and a vial typically lasts about 2.5–3 months depending on your dose.
Insurance
Insurance & reimbursement
Serenity Peak is a private-pay practice. We do not participate with or bill insurance, and payment in full is required at the time of service.
As a courtesy, we can provide a superbill on request — an itemized receipt you may submit directly to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
What that means in practice
- Payment to Serenity Peak is required regardless of whether your insurance reimburses you.
- Reimbursement is determined solely by your insurance plan and is not guaranteed.
- You are responsible for submitting superbills, communicating with your insurance company, and following up on the status of any reimbursement.
- Serenity Peak does not submit insurance claims, verify out-of-network benefits, appeal claim denials, or communicate with insurers about reimbursement.
We encourage you to contact your insurance carrier before your appointment to find out whether your plan includes out-of-network benefits and what you might be eligible to recover.

Appointments
Appointment policy
Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 48 business hours’ notice are subject to a $75 non-refundable late cancellation fee.
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because that time is set aside specifically for your care, it usually cannot be offered to another patient on short notice.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 48 business hours’ notice. Providing advance notice allows us to offer your appointment to another patient who may be waiting for care.
To cancel or reschedule, call (973) 755-2887 or message the practice through the patient portal.
