About
You should leave
feeling like yourself
Not just stable. Steadier, clearer, and more in control of your own life.
The clinician behind Serenity Peak
Hi, I’m Eliza,
APN-C, PMHNP-BC
I take the time to really understand you — not just your symptoms. My approach is real, supportive, and judgment-free.
Licensed in New Jersey · New York · Florida · Arizona
I’m a dual board-certified Adult-Gerontology and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of clinical experience spanning psychiatry, primary care, nephrology, cardiology, and hospice. That range is the reason I practice the way I do: I’ve seen how often what looks purely psychiatric turns out to be tangled up with sleep, hormones, metabolism, or an untreated medical problem — and how much better people do when someone is willing to look at all of it.
I provide comprehensive, evidence-based psychiatric care, specializing in anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and mood disorders. I’ve also had my own difficult periods, including depression, and I think it shows in how I practice. Nothing you tell me is going to shock me, and you will never be talked down to in one of my visits.
Mental health isn’t just one thing. It’s shaped by chemistry, life experience, stress, and physical health at the same time. That’s why I look wider than the prescription pad — hormone support, peptides, NAD+, and weight optimization all come into the conversation when they make sense for you.
How I practice
What to expect
from working with me
Real connection
A space where you feel heard and understood, not processed. You get one clinician who knows your whole chart, not a rotating panel.
No judgment
You can show up exactly as you are. Nothing you bring into a visit is going to shock me or change how I treat you.
Whole-person care
Mental health, physical health, sleep, stress, lifestyle — it all matters, and it all gets looked at together rather than one piece at a time.
No one-size-fits-all
Medication is chosen and adjusted around how you actually respond. If something isn’t working, we change it rather than waiting it out.
Forward, not just stable
“Stable” is a floor, not a goal. The point is helping you feel better, think clearer, and function at your best.
Lasting change
Support through the hard stretches, and a plan for holding onto progress once you’re through them.
My approach
Looking at
the full picture
I’m deeply committed to helping patients feel like themselves again — or even better, an enhanced, more confident, and thriving version of who they are.
Along with medication management, we can explore hormone support, peptides, NAD+, and weight optimization when it makes sense for you. That means treatment plans that get revisited rather than set once and forgotten, and a clinician looking at every part of your health rather than one narrow slice of it.
We cannot control everything in life, but we can shift our perspective, cultivate resilience, and create positive change.
Outside of work, my time goes to my children, my dogs, and building meaningful experiences through travel, food, and family.
